Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running later please let me know.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and 100% of the treatment price will be charged.
Cancellation
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment are free of charge
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the treatment price.
No show
If you do not show up for your appointment without cancelling, 100% of the treatment price will be charged.
Guarantee
We want you to leave your appointment happy with your nails. For this reason, we offer a 7-day guarantee on your treatment.
If a nail breaks, lifts, chips, or another issue occurs within 7 days of your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. If the issue falls within the guarantee, the repair will be done free of charge.
The guarantee only applies to issues that occur within the 7-day period. After these 7 days, any repairs or fixes will be charged at the regular rate.
If you are not happy with the shape, colour, length, design, or overall appearance of your nails, please let us know before leaving your appointment. This gives us the opportunity to make adjustments while you are still in the salon.
Changes requested after the appointment because you have changed your mind or are unhappy with the chosen look are not covered by the guarantee and will be charged accordingly.
Agreement
By booking an appointment at Maniéstudio, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. These policies apply to all nail treatments and any other services offered by Maniéstudio
